1. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once a 50% non-refundable deposit has been received and a signed agreement is in place.

2. Pricing & Quotations

• Band packages typically start from R8,500.
• Quotes are valid for 14 days.
• Travel outside Johannesburg/Gauteng may incur additional costs.
• Changes to event timing or technical requirements may affect pricing.

3. Technical Requirements

If sound and lighting are not supplied by Spire, the client must provide professional-grade equipment suitable for a live band.

4. Venue & Power

The venue must provide a safe, level performance area and at least two independent 16-amp power outlets within close proximity.

5. Performance & Timing

Performance times will follow the agreed schedule. Overtime is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations within 7 days require full payment.

7. Liability

Spire is not liable for disruptions caused by external factors such as power failure, venue issues, or unforeseen events.
